The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so helpful and were really good too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped us find parking when the hotel carpark was full, and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Another great thing about this hotel is the very nice view of the city. It was such a treat to wake up to such a fine sight. And the location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and other transportation options.

One downside of this hotel is that some taxi drivers had difficulty finding it, even with the address in Korean and a map. The walk from the nearby station to the hotel could be a bit challenging, especially during busy times.

The rooms are well-designed, with high-quality standards, and we had enough space in the twin room to accommodate our family. the hotel is part of a complex called Seoul Dragon City, and we found it to be a quiet and peaceful place to stay.
